Casba Construction Time Lapse Camera Waterloo Sydney

Image One construction time lapse service has successfully installed and commissioned a new Solar Powered Remote Construction Time lapse Camera.

This will capture the residential and retail development of The Casba Apartments in Sydney’s prime Waterloo area.

Construction started on-site on 15 September 2011 and with the benefit of our remote  construction time lapse camera which we supplied and installed, we have captured the early demolition photos and the new structures foundation being built.

Cornerstone had a sensitive part of the image which could not be published on the internet as there was a possibility of litigation if the construction time lapse camera snapped a shot of someone at the wrong time! Problem solved, we implemented our in-camera masking to hide this section of the image and incorporate the Danks Street logo before it leaves the camera by 3G Network to upload on the web server.

Week one; Parkview have removed the roof sheeting, part of the framing and are preparing scaffold to demolish the external walls to the warehouse. Under a clear October sky, demolition at CASBA settled into a routine and Parkview were able to decommission almost the entire warehouse. The unobscured ground conditions hint at the vastness of the CASBA courtyard and the link between Phillip Street (north) and Danks Street (south). The CASBA courtyard will become a focus for the residential and retail users and be an important interface with the surrounding community.
